Toddler Schedule
The Day of A Toddler at Imagine!
Toddlers are ready and eager to learn! Our amazing educators create an environment that provides our students with consistency, education and fun! While your child’s schedule may differ, this is a good base line to understand what your child’s day will look like at Imagine.
Morning:
Arrival (6:00a-9:00a)
Students arrive at the center and are greeted by our amazing educators. Students will explore the morning interest areas and have a nutritious breakfast.
Outdoor Play (9:00a-9:30a)
Students enjoy the sun on our amazing playgrounds where they will participate in gross motor activities and free play.
Extra Curricular Classes (9:30a-10:00a)
Students will explore a multitude of subjects including art, music, Spanish, library, science, gardening and much more!
Morning Circle Time (10:00a-10:30a)
Under morning circle time: Students will focus on literacy concepts including vocabulary development, songs and finger play.
Learning Centers/Small Group Work (10:30a-11:00a)
Students will work as individuals and small groups on skills in math, science, language, literacy concets; as well as child chosen learning center play to support in social and emotion development
Afternoon:
Lunch/ Rest Time (11:00a-3:00p)
Students will wash their hands and enjoy a nutritious lunch. Following lunch it’s time to rest those sleepy eyes. If children choose to nap, however, if they choose to stay awake they will be able to choose a quiet activity to participate in.
Snack (3:00p-3:30p)
Students will wash their hands and enjoy a yummy nutritious snack.
Outdoor Play (3:30p-4:00p)
Students enjoy the sun on our amazing playgrounds where they will participate in gross motor activities and free play.
Learning Areas and Departure (4:00p-6:30p)
It’s time to explore and play as we say goodbye for the day
